POP CORNS WITH BLACK TRUFFLE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND PARMESAN
Servings: 2 Cooking time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
A handful of Pop Corn Kernels
1 tbsp. of Black Truffle extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. of Extra virgin olive oil
25g of grated Parmesan cheese
salt
Place the extra virgin olive oil in a pot and cook until the oil is warm. Add the pop corn and cover with a lid. Wait until the corn kernels have popped. Turn the heat off. Sprinkle the truffle oil over stirring them. Put them in a large bowl adding some salt and grated parmesan. Yum!
